High School Boys & Girls Program
The Chicago Inferno High School Premier Program is designed for committed high school athletes seeking a competitive, development-driven environment that prepares them for the next level of play. This phase emphasizes performance, accountability, and consistency while continuing to support each player’s long-term development.
Training is intentionally structured to meet the increased physical, technical, tactical, and psychological demands of the game. Players are challenged to execute at higher speeds, make intelligent decisions under pressure, and understand their roles within an organized team framework. Sessions balance intensity with purpose, ensuring players continue to grow while managing workload alongside school and high school soccer commitments.
Our coaching staff creates a high-standard environment that promotes confidence, resilience, and competitive mentality. Learning remains central to the Inferno philosophy, but greater emphasis is placed on preparation, performance, and results. Competitive platforms and events are selected to provide meaningful exposure and appropriate challenges, supporting players in their pursuit of collegiate and advanced playing opportunities.
High Performance Phase
(U15–U19)
The High Performance Phase demands an increased level of commitment, accountability, and professionalism from both players and teams. While individual development remains a priority, results and performance take on greater importance as players prepare for the next stage of their soccer journey.
Teams are challenged to play an organized, proactive brand of soccer that emphasizes intelligent attacking play, speed of execution, and disciplined team structure. Players are expected to be technically consistent, tactically aware, and capable of performing their roles within a demanding competitive environment. Position-specific training is introduced to further refine roles, responsibilities, and decision-making under pressure.
Off the field, Chicago Inferno supports players and families through the college recruitment process by providing access to educational resources, guidance, and exposure opportunities. In addition to league play and competitive tournaments, teams may attend high-level regional and national showcases to gain visibility and experience against top competition.
High-performing teams have the opportunity to compete in the NL-Club 2 , National Premier League (NPL) and other top-tier competitive environments, based on readiness and performance.
