LIL' FLAMES - Where the Love for Soccer Begins

Ages 5-9

The LIL' Flames Program is an exceptional opportunity for young boys and girls in the U6–U10 age groups to develop soccer skills while building confidence in a fun, supportive environment. Serving as the club’s official bridge to the competitive pathway, the program emphasizes skill development, teamwork, and a genuine love for the game.

Led by USSF-licensed coaches, each high-energy, age-appropriate session focuses on essential skills such as dribbling, passing, scoring, and basic game understanding. With the right balance of instruction, competition, and excitement, LIL' Flames lays a strong foundation for long-term player development—while ensuring kids can’t wait to come back.

All training sessions and games take place at The MAC, located at 1310 Ridgefield Road in Crystal Lake, providing participants access to a top-notch facility and experienced coaching staff. With the right guidance, encouragement, and structure, the possibilities for these young athletes are endless. Players are inspired to rise to the challenge, grow with confidence, and excel both on and off the field.

Kids in red shirts practice soccer indoors on green turf, dribbling balls.
